Through Cuisine, Rafn leverages his extensive culinary background to curate and import premium gourmet products. His mission is to bridge the gap between European producers and Icelandic food lovers, introducing high-quality ingredients that offer an authentic gastronomic experience.

Beyond his role as an importer, Rafn is a prominent leader in the Icelandic and Nordic culinary scenes:

Club of Icelandic Master Chefs (KM): He serves as a board member and holds the vital role of Secretary for the Judging and Competition Committee. Through the KM, he helps oversee the operations of the Icelandic National Culinary Team.

Nordic Chefs Association: Rafn represents Iceland as an active Board Member, fostering professional collaboration and culinary excellence across the Nordic countries.
